Coaching requires a commitment to living the life you want.

Coaching requires the courage to bring your whole, authentic self to the conversation, to speak freely, and to take risks. You will be asked to communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and to create the time and energy to fully participate in a coaching partnership.  

 

What to expect:

  • Start with a free, no commitment required 30-minute conversation to “test the waters”.  Coaching is a very personal experience, dependent on a feeling of trust and a sense of connection. What are you looking for in a coach? What would you like coaching to address?  
  • Coaching conversations are focused, designed to support you in clarifying choices, deciding on actions that align with your goals and values, and making changes. 
  • All sessions are virtual and conducted via phone, or Skype and Facetime on the audio setting. 
  • Scheduling is flexible. Most clients choose to meet bi-weekly for 60-minutes or weekly for 30-60 minutes. 
  • The coaching conversation is just the starting point. Together we'll identify reflection assignments, assessments, or specific actions for you to complete between sessions.
